Technical aspect
Several types of lasers - the complex is equipped with seven changeable laser emitters. When replacing laser emitter with another one you change the profile of the apparatus operation completely. Stability of output parameters is ensured by the peculiarities of the original design resistant to exte al mechanical load.
Laser device graphical interface is arranged in such a way that the user chooses a desired procedure rather than technical parameters of laser emission. According to the input data the computer sets the optimum exposure parameters automatically - the type of the laser applied, permissible energy quantity, duration of the pulses etc. The device is equipped with a large high-contrast screen. The user gives commands to the system with the distance control or touching the screen.

Due to the specific kind of laser pulse the effect of emission absorption by melanin in hair increases. Melanin in skin (pigment) is not exposed to laser emission; so skin color as well as contrast between skin and hair are not of importance.  Photorejuvenation The treatment stimulates new collagen formation, gives a long lasting effect of facelift, pores constriction. And the most important thing - the treatment improves not only superficial rhytides, but also deep rhytides such as nasofacial folds.  Treatment of vascular lesion The method of blood vessels coagulation is based on using two wavelengths of laser emission simultaneously. The emission energy of one wavelength is effectively absorbed by hemoglobin while the energy of the second on the contrary does not have effective absorbing centers in bio-tissues. The spectrum of absorption of coagulated substance differs from non-coagulated one, and this very substance becomes the “target” for another wavelength of the emission. The application of the new technology provides instant heating and coagulation of the whole blood vessel (the diameter up to several mm).  Tattoo removal To remove tattoos the method of molecular bond destruction of dye particles is used (photodestruction). The process of decolorizing takes place without damaging skin covering. New method allows affecting the whole volume of tattoo as well as the dye lying deep enough from the skin surface.  Treatment of pigmented lesion When removing pigment stains the original method of “pinpoint” coagulation of the cells with the increased content of melanin without thermal or mechanical damage to the skin covering is used. After a session the stain darkens insignificantly and in 7-10 days flakes off.  Ablation of soft tissues Due to its efficiency and safety the Erbium laser has been for a long time a "gold standard" in consmetology. This laser is an indispensable instrument for laser skin resurfacing. For surgical debridement of tissue we use as a contact laser scalpel the Nd:YAP/long pulse lasers. The emission of these lasers is worse absorbed by soft tissues that ensures their coagulative properties. These lasers (Er:YAG and Nd:YAP/long pulse) are also used in MULTILINETM to remove papillomas, verrucas , nevi.
Treatment of scars (including keloids)
Combination of several lasers within one procedure allows achieving much better clinical results than using one type of lasers. For example, to treat keloids successfully using LINLINE methods it is necessary to combine Nd:YAP/long pulse, Er:YAG and Nd:YAP/KTP.
